Testing and Assessment: Assessment there should be part of any learning process because it helps us to evaluate the students' proficiency. I was not clear about the difference between  assessment and evaluation that is why I used to give more importance to the final grade. I have to give a lot of value to the learning process and to make a lot of emphasis to the formative evaluations. This formative evaluation and the daily work will be the scaffold to build a better English learning process. Testing has its important during the assessment but it can not be the main goal since a test is just a reference of our students' knowledge in the target language. I am going to apply different evaluations which are going to be based on activities that let students the opportunity to built their own knowledge. I also have to observe the process and not only the results because they could be doing a good job during every single task. Assessment, evaluation, and testing work all together in order to fulfill the students' needs and improve in the process to communicate in the English language.
